The Foundation, like already brought back in the previous
pages, comes instituted in year 1990 like "presided private
Foundation" from the same founder. The passing of professor
the Enrico Sovena, in the December of the same year, marks
an arrest in the start of the activity of the new Institution,
for giving rise to practical bureaucratic the testamentary
ones that ties to the Foundation all the assets of professor
the Sovena. The Foundation, erected to "Ente Morale"
in November 1993, will be able to give beginning to its full
activity to leave from year 1994.
